The prevalence of death by suicide is increasing, it remains the most common cause of death for young men.

As STOPSO therapists we have a vital role to play in recognising,  assessing and managing the risk of suicide.

This training will explore the issue of suicide in the context of  therapy. It will provide a basic overview of the knowledge and skills needed to know what to ask, say and do in relation to suicidal ideation and intent.
