Terms and Conditions for StopSO UK Training Programs

1. General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all training programs, workshops, and events (“Training”) provided and delivered by StopSO UK (“StopSO”).

1.2 By booking or participating in any Training, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Bookings for Training must be made through the official StopSO channels, including the website or other communication methods as specified by StopSO.

2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the Training.

2.3 StopSO reserves the right to refuse any booking or cancel any scheduled Training at its discretion.

3. Cancellation by Participant

3.1 If a Participant wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify StopSO in writing as soon as possible.

3.2 For cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled Training date, a full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees.

3.3 For cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled Training date, no refund will be provided. Participants are advised to consider this before finalizing their booking.

3.4 No refunds will be provided for non-attendance of the Training.

4. Cancellation by StopSO

4.1 StopSO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or force majeure events.

4.2 In the event that StopSO cancels the Training, Participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to attend the Training on an alternative date.

4.3 StopSO will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by Participants as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of Training, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of income.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 StopSO shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of an unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, or governmental actions.

5.2 In the event of a force majeure, StopSO will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected Training, but Participants will not be entitled to any refunds.

6. Liability

6.1 StopSO will take all reasonable steps to ensure the Training is provided to a professional standard. However, StopSO does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in the delivery of the Training.

6.2 StopSO’s liability to Participants for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Training shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the Participant.

6.3 StopSO shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising out of or in connection with the Training.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the Training.

7.2 StopSO reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Training if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without any entitlement to a refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 StopSO will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the StopSO website.

8.2 By booking Training, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as necessary to facilitate their participation in the Training.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

10.1 StopSO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the StopSO website.

10.2 It is the Participant’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
