Do you support family members of criminal justice-involved individuals?
Forensic Psychology researchers at the University of Liverpool are keen to hear your views on the wider impacts of child sexual offending on service users and society. The views and experiences of family members are often overlooked. Such research is needed to ensure that service users, families and organisations feel they have a space to be heard as well as to inform service planning/evaluation.
We would like to invite you to a 60 minute virtual interview that will take place via Microsoft Teams. Throughout this interview, we ask you to help us understand the impacts on criminal justice involved individuals’ family members. We value your experience and ask you to help us consider ways in which this impact might be captured in the future.
Importantly, we will share our findings so that other organisations and researchers can develop evaluation strategies that are built upon the voices of those who work most closely with family members.
Please contact the lead researcher Dr Susan Giles [email protected] for further information and to ask any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
